Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation before work begins (consultation phase)
- Significant deviation from agreed design without approval
- Failure to complete project within agreed timeline without valid reason
- Quality issues not meeting professional standards
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Cancellation after painting work has commenced
- Changes in client preferences after work begins
- Delays caused by client or site conditions
- Natural variations in hand-painted artwork
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of the issue
- Provide detailed explanation and supporting evidence
- Allow us opportunity to remedy the situation
- Refunds processed within 15 business days if approved
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply when:
- Project is partially completed
- Minor quality issues are present
- Client accepts reduced scope of work
5. Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve all issues amicably. If needed, disputes may be referred to mediation before legal proceedings.
