1. Service Agreement

By using Bharat Murals services, you agree to these terms. Our services include custom Indian wall mural design and painting across India.

2. Service Scope

• Custom wall mural consultation and design
• On-site mural painting by skilled traditional artists
• Use of premium eco-friendly materials
• Project completion within agreed timeframes

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate project information
• Ensure wall surfaces are prepared as advised
• Provide safe working access for artists
• Make payments according to agreed schedule

4. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment required to begin project
• Balance due upon project completion
• Additional charges may apply for design changes
• Prices quoted are valid for 30 days

5. Warranty

We provide a 2-year warranty against peeling or fading under normal conditions. Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, improper maintenance, or structural issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the mural service provided. We are not responsible for indirect damages or losses.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law and any disputes will be resolved in Indian courts.
